Returns

All Sales Final. Due to the nature of pin trading, we do not accept returns except in the case of the incorrect item being sent.

Actual Product Photos / Authenticity

While we do purchase some of our merchandise directly from Disney, a large portion of our merchandise was purchased secondhand. Through the normal course of trading, collecting and displaying, pins/packaging can develop minor issues such as light scratching, bent or loose posts, or light marks. We do not sell items that we consider to be damaged; however, some pins may have normal wear and use.

Unlike most of our competitors, the photos are the exact item you are purchasing. The images shown are NOT stock photos. We do this to ensure you can view the exact item you are receiving. This allows you to decide if any imperfections in the product or other packaging make a difference in your decision to purchase. Please look at the images carefully or contact us to inquire before purchasing as we do not accept returns.

Since some of our merchandise was obtained secondhand, we thoroughly inspect each product for any signs of being counterfeit or a scrapper. We have spent hours researching how to spot counterfeit and scrapper pins. We take authenticity seriously and maintain ties within the pin trading community to learn the latest trends of counterfeit products hitting the market. Even with all these measures in place we cannot guarantee authenticity. This is one reason we decided to take photos of each item. We want you to know exactly what you are purchasing. For this reason, we do not accept returns based on disagreement over our assessment of a pin's authenticity. We ask that if you have any doubt after reviewing the photos, please contact us to inquire before purchasing as we do not accept returns.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Magical Pins and if you believe the order received does not match your order confirmation, please don’t hesitate to report the problem and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

Magical Pins does not have any affiliation with the Disney Company, nor are we an authorized Disney reseller.
